Definitely feeling the DOMS today. Morning wasn’t bad. It’s sitting for a couple of hours, then getting up. oiy. And man, after two short sessions of cardio, am and pm, then kickboxing, my thighs are burning. She made us do — i don’t know what they’re called — but it burns my thighs wicked. No ass cramps though! whee.

Abdominal Ab Crunch:
1 set: 20
weight: 90

(didn’t finish because some fucker kept staring while waiting for the machine.)

Cardio:

walking: 25 minutes (to work/back; to gym/back)
elliptical: 20 minutes (evening)
elliptical: 22 minutes (evening)
Kickboxing: 45 minutes

Water: 60 oz
Vitamins: forgot
Fish oil: forgot
