training journal, 08.02.26, kickboxing made me puke edition
By shag carpet bomb • Feb 26th, 2008 • Category: Training Journaltonight, my crush kickboxing instructor wasn’t there. her substitue, Julie, is an instructor i’ve never had. oh. my. fucking. dog. she kicked my ass in. after 45 minutes, I scooted out of there with the intention of doing ab crunches and back extensions, and maybe 20 on the treadmill. I managed the ab crunches, got off the machine, and the woozy took over. as i walked home, it just got worse. I normally walk home all perky and refreshed and ready to kick ass. tonight, i walked home kind of dizzy, wanting to puke, and feeling wobbly.
i ate, so i feel better. when i first got home, i didn’t think i’d manage to get anything down.
