training journal, 08.03.03, post-weekend getaway edition

The place was fascinating in so far as I’ve concluded that it’s like this big 3D version of a Web site, with an interesting User Interface designed to encourage user participation and self-help. Ahhh. but I’m too I don’t know…. anxious to go chill.
CARDIO
walking (to/from work; from gym): 15 minutes
cross trainer: 25 minutes
kickboxing: 35 minutes

I realized that I’ve left off some of my routine. Hope I manage to correct this tonight.
