i really ought to sit down and write about my weekend away since I spent time at IKEA, a store my former boss urged me to visit. The place was fascinating in so far as I’ve concluded that it’s like this big 3D version of a Web site, with an interesting User Interface designed to encourage user participation and self-help. Ahhh. but I’m too I don’t know…. anxious to go chill.

CARDIO

walking (to/from work; from gym): 15 minutes
cross trainer: 25 minutes
kickboxing: 35 minutes

WEIGHTS

I realized that I’ve left off some of my routine. Hope I manage to correct this tonight.

Lat Pull Down
