training journal, 08.02.07, r finally got a job edition2
By shag carpet bomb • Mar 7th, 2008 • Category: Training Journalbeen busy. r celebrated the night he found out so that, when i got home, it was difficult to carry on much of a conversation. after work tonight, i stopped at the YUPPIE market on the way home and bought something special for dinner, not sure if he’d want to check out the bbq joint that supposed to be famous. figured that if r did want bbq, the food would work for saturday’s dinner. he seemed game for a walk to the bbq place but turned out they were closed for two weeks — undergoing new management and remodeling it seems. so, we walked back home and pigged out on steak and crusty bread, the kind that YUP markets love to sell.

walking: 25 minutes — to/from work and to/from gym
crosstrainer: 40 minutes (a.m.)
WEIGHTS
ab crunch: 3 sets of 20 at 90 lbs.
back extension: 3 sets of 10 at 125 lbs.
